WARRANTIES
The purchase of our vehicles includes a 50/50 warranty on the parts and labor that covers the engine and transmission for 30 days or 1000 miles whichever comes first. The warranty is valid in our shop. If you are not local to our dealership the warranty is still valid but certain restrictions do apply. Contact our dealership for full details. We do not offer extended warranties but you can purchase extended warranties over the internet and some banks and insurance companies also offer them.

Vehicles with over 200k Miles
All vehicles with over 200,00 miles will receive a 60 days or 2000 miles warranty.

We do not guarantee extra keys, remotes, spare tires or floor mats.
We will provide you with what we received when we purchased the vehicle.
We also can not guarantee the operation of aftermarket equipment, CD players and heated seats.
We can inform you if the switch lights up and has power but can not guarantee that the seats are heating up.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included!

PURCHASE WITHOUT FINANCING

We accept cashier’s check drawn on national banks or credit unions. Cash is fine, but for any purchase over $10,000.00, we are obligated to submit an IRS form 8300 which the customer must complete. Information on this form includes personal identification numbers including social security and driver’s license. If you are not comfortable submitting this type of information, we suggest you limit your cash payment amount to less than $10,000.00. Bank Wire Transfers are welcomed also. If we do accept your personal check, we will hold title of your vehicle until your personal check has cleared our bank. We do not accept international cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks or foreign currency. We are able to accept credit and/or debit cards but all prices posted are the cash/check discounted prices. Please call us with any questions.

PURCHASE WITH FINANCING

Currently, we do not offer any in-house financing. We have worked with many lending institutions and can provide them with all the information that they will need. Usually lenders will simply ask for purchase orders and copies of the titles, front and back. If you live in Virginia and are financing your vehicle purchase (from a bank or credit union), fees for taxes, tags and title will be collected in addition to your purchase price. A $95 document processing fee is also included. We will do the Virginia DMV registration of your vehicle. Your lender may or may not give you the option of doing the registration yourself and if they do we must receive notice in writing from the lender.

If you live in another state besides Virginia we can work with your lender to provide them with needed sale documentation (purchase order / bill of sale). We will not collect registration fees of any sort for out of state purchases, as we are not licensed dealers in any other state besides Virginia. In this instance, your lender should be able to give you direction regarding registering your vehicle in your state. Unless otherwise instructed, we will send your title to your lender in a certified, return receipt mailing. We do have a $95 document processing fee. Please call us with any questions.
